Dolores Byrd

Dolores Byrd was born and raised in Atlanta. She comes from a background of over 40 years in the Atlanta real estate industry. Dolores Byrd attended St Pius X High school in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia. She began her real estate career shortly afterwards. At an early age, Dolores saw the advantage of starting her own business and being her own boss. She has been a vibrant real estate figure in Atlanta since the mid 70’s. The longevity of her career is both a testament and extension of her true dedication to the real estate industry and her clients. Dolores has a special affinity for new urban-style developments within Buckhead, as well as many of Atlanta’s edge cities, well-designed golf course communities outside of the Perimeter and architecturally and historically significant properties. She enjoys helping both buyers and sellers in all stages of life. Dolores has been recognized as one of Atlanta's "Top 100 Realtors" five times. She received the Atlanta Board of Realtors "Gold Phoenix Award,” designating over 30 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. She is an equity partner in the Keller Williams Buckhead Market Center and a member of the Agent Leadership Council since the inception of the office in 2002. She is a member of Keller Williams Luxury International, a member of "Live Luxury, Atlanta,” and an accredited member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing with a CLHMS designation.
